What we welcome

We are interested in clear, evergreen pieces that help readers understand a choice, try a low-stakes approach or think differently about a shared activity. Useful angles include joining a group for the first time, making an exchange of skills easier to arrange, or giving a gathering a clear and flexible shape.

A strong pitch

Tell us the central idea, who would find it useful and what the reader will understand or be able to do afterwards. Explain why the subject suits this publication, mention any sources or permissions the piece would need, and flag claims that depend on a particular place. Keep the proposal focused and do not send confidential information.
